My 7 year old (Big Kids: Size 2) has been walking on her toes for years and we just haven't been able to break the habit. These shoes have a very firm sole so it makes it very hard for toe walkers to bend the shoe to walk on their toes, add that and the fact that you "have" to walk heal toe for it to light up, it has already made her walk consistently heal toe since we got them.WAIT!!! NOT LIGHTING UP?? THERE'S AN ON/OFF SWITCHI started to send these back because we had them literally ONE day and one shoe stopped lighting up. So as I looked up my order I noticed in the description it say On/Off switch. It some researching and YES there is an ON/OFF switch at the end of the VELCRO STRAP. It might only be on the big kid sizes from what I read, but that was exactly what was wrong with the shoe!
