I ordered this item to install on my 2018 Chevy Trax. Spent maybe about an hour or so installing the kit with minimal issues. When it came to installing the switch I found that the switch was not lighting up as it should.So I double checked all connections just to find no issues. I measured all connections to check that there was voltage and that everything was connected correctly. That is when I found the power switch wasn't working at all.I contacted The Albert Store. It took them 2 days to respond the first time, then they wanted me to send them a picture of the switch not working? I said it does nothing so a picture is not going to show anything but the switch as it is in their pictures. I sent them a picture and it took me sending a third message after 24 hours of the second message to get a response. That was the last message I received. I had to buy a 2nd kit just to connect the unit on my own and return the first unit that was defective.
