Obtained for my son - as the electric bike he has was good but couldn't keep up with his friend's gas bike just like this one. First problem - was the oil already in the bike - leaked in the packaging. Ok, I can clean it and replace. Second & Third problem - the motor is louder that the local landscapers industrial units and it automatically shuts off within 1 hour of use. I've been told that it's an internal problem on the motor as my son's friend bike is not 1/2 as loud as this unit. And the 1 hour shutoff time ? I use that on my kids internet to proactively get him away from video games - does the manufacturer not want my son to use the bike for over an hour time ? That should be my decision. Fourth problem, the throttle assembly on the right side has already detached from the unit - while my son was riding it ! Causing the engine to "race" - guess I understand why there's a kill switch. Was hoping I didn't have to have my son to use it - as he "raced" past me while his initial run. Yes, his initial run. I ordered July 13 and received last Thursday. It hasn't been a solid week - and here I am describing 4 BIG problems. And of course the messaging assistant reminds me "non-returnable" or ability to swap if defective. A nice paper weight sitting in my garage. Thank you. I got this as an alternative to a new XBOX / PS5 for my son to have hours of enjoyment - especially with his friends during the summer - yet here I am - staring at a defective product with roadblocks in place on Amazon and no solution. Thank you.So far my daughter love her X-Pro Mini Dirt Bike & it is still running good. Here are a few things I have to say to future buyers. It is fairly easy to put together, but watch the video. The Manuals that came with do not really match what I received. For one thing mine has a “Prime Bubble” not “Pet Cock” for the gas.Surprisingly it came with oil in the crank case … but double check to be sure. It is best if you have your own metric tools. I started out using the tools that came with the bike …. Quickly “rounds” things off.I drilled & installed a nut/bolt at the back of the gas tank. It only had one bolt holding the tank on in the front ….. the tank jumped around. I’ll try to attach photos of this.I also added a “Bicycle” head light on the front … in case it gets dark while riding.Over all, it’s pretty good so far, my 9 yr old daughter has no problems starting it up. It has the power to carry my 200lbs …. but the chain jumps off when I hit bump ….I exceed the weight capacity. :-)Son loves this bike, but I'm now a professional at putting the chain back on. Kept falling off Over and over again. Otherwise strong running little bike, easy to put together.Mechanical experience helps in assembly, built kinda cheap but what do you expect for 400 bucks. Runs good. Make sure you have the back wheel straight when you tighten the chain. Make sure the child understands how to use the break and throttleproduct came as advertised. Still runs great.I love it
