First off, I love these little pencil slim lighted trees. They’re perfect for my space. The instructions are NOT helpful, so you’re on your own. Which may not be a bad thing. Easy to put together bc the trunks are marked to match the tops. My issue was the lights. My tiny tree lit up immediately. The other two had issues. After putting your trees together, locate ALL plugs that are on the trees themselves. (Know that you can plug the trees into each other with the middle sized one being dominate. I, myself, only plugged one of the trees into the middle one.) Its trial and error to get the right one plugged into the right place. You’ll figure it out. It helps to have a drink on hand. One of my bulbs was crushed completely. Luckily I found it BEFORE I replaced the fuse. Again, a drink helps. Then start “fluffing” and arranging the branches and some of the lights - set aside 1-2 hours for this. (It should be noted that I either have OCD or I was more drunk than I thought at this point.) Final Result: Your Trees will be GORGEOUS and you MAY have quite the Buzz to boot! Also, the burlap sacks did not come with. I’m still in the process of finishing them... Oops! I feel another drink coming on!This was very fiddle-y to assemble. The instructions were a bit frustrating, the trees tend to be wobbly and will need shimming. Also, every twig needs to be unbent and straightened out due to the way the lights were wrapped around the branches. The lights on mine were sparse at the top and heavy at the bottom, and I find shifting them is very difficult. So, allow enough time for that. The needles are a cheaper-looking plastic fringe, which I don’t care for much. After shimming and tweaking, in the dark, when lit, they may be pretty.I should have believed the reviewer that said it takes hours to fluff the trees!! I thought they must be weird perfectionists. No! The branches are twisted together with each other and then bound together with the light strings. Be prepared to pick them apart for HOURS just to make it look like a tree. !I sueRom write reviews but I just had to for this set of trees. Perfect for a smaller space, and so so pretty. This is the 6’,5’,4’ set. I will be watching after Christmas to see if they go on sale. I would love to have a couple more sets of them for different areas of the house. Buy with confidence! You will love them!We replaced our old cumbersome Christmas tree (along with the strings of lights and decorations) with these alpine trees a couple of years ago. I have a rustic ornament trimmed with burlap at the top of each tree, and I cover the bottoms with artificial snow blankets. That's it! I have one on one side of the fireplace and the other two on the other side. Now, decorating for Christmas is so easy, I just leave these assembled and put them downstairs by the entertainment center during the off season; then carry them back up when it's time to decorate. I'm done in 10 minutes or less. I love the simple woodsy look that these trees create. The trees are beautiful and would have been perfect right out of the box.... Unfortunately the 4' tree, the top half, is not lighting up due to one of the light sockets being split/crushed in half so you can not even replace the bulb. I am so disappointed! Otherwise, would have given a 5 for overall rating. Seems like too much trouble to rebox and ship back and wait for another shipment....guess I am stuck with what I have.Exactly like the photoA little more expensive than Hoby Lobby, other than that the product was as expected.
